Each building includes access to fully equipped kitchenettes and comfortable lounge spaces. These areas are designed to provide tenants a convenient place to take a break, enjoy a snack, or have informal conversations with colleagues. The spaces offer a welcoming and professional environment that supports collaboration and relaxation throughout the workday.

A mailbox is provided at each private office and dedicated workspace, allowing for seamless on-site mail delivery. Complimentary delivery of incoming mail is included for tenants with monthly or fixed-term leases.

Building 6870 includes a weight room and half basketball court exclusively for tenants with 6 or 12 month leases. To ensure minimal distractions, the space can be used before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m. on weekdays, and anytime on weekends. This amenity gives your team a convenient way to recharge while keeping the office environment professional.
